In celebration of Taj Mahal’s 40th Anniversary and the release of Maestro (CD/LP), we are giving away an autographed acoustic guitar signed by Taj. Winner will receive a Crafter TAO 50 acoustic six stringed parlor guitar (and case) with solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, and mahogany neck with ebonized fret board and slotted peg head, a replica of a 1920 Martin 00-45. The contest is open to all woodwind players. High school, college and professional players suggested to enter.

1. How to Enter: To enter, visit the Heads Up website (http://www.headsup.com) and fill out an online Sweepstakes form with your name, phone number, email address, and zip code. Follow the on-screen directions to fill out the entry form. All online entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time on December 31, 2008. Only one entry per person or household.
Winner will receive:

The odds of winning a prize are determined by the number of eligible entries. You only need to enter one time to be eligible to win.
2. Eligibility: Employees of Heads Up International, Telarc International Corp., Concord Music Group, Universal Music Distribution, Vine Dhalen & Company, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, agents and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) are ineligible. Contest is open to residents of the domestic United States as well as all other countries. This is a global contest but sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. General Conditions: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prize Winner will be notified via email, phone, or mail on or about February 1, 2009. The prizewinner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days following the date of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize and/or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant to the Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper name, photos, and state or country of residence online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
